Maru Loves Boxes
Admittedly, I'm not a cat guy too much. I think they're bitchy. However, I love animals and there are some cats I like when they're affectionate and not crazy.
This video is hilarious. This cat loves nothing else than a box and it doesn't matter the shape or size.

Last Minutes with ODEN
I've been sitting on this video for a minute b/c I wasn't sure exactly when or how to put it up. I'm not really even able to watch the entire thing without taking breaks in between because I don't want to cry at work.Simply put, this is one of the most heart-wrenching and beautiful videos that I have ever had the pleasure to watch. I can't think of a more loving animal than a dog and I can't even grasp the size of the lump that must be crawling out of Jason Wood's throat as he is walking Oden out of the door for the last time. I'm not sure I have the sort of strength to even make a documentary about this. As a dog owner, I find myself thinking about the day when I will have to say goodbye to him...I really can't think of a more difficult period to place myself in ahead of time.
I'm rambling, I know. But, just after having watched this again...I am able to deeply relate to what Jason is going through. Having gone through difficult times, as I'm sure that we all have in this life, there is nothing more comforting than an animal that loves unconditionally. To be able to be so supportive without even knowing so.
Please watch this because it is brilliant, touching, and beautiful.

Thank You Jason Wood for allowing us this moment.
Oden's struggle with cancer finally came to an end.
May he rest in peace and his memory be eternal.

Sleeping Puppy & Drinking Lizard!
No...it's not a cool band name.
Sleeping Puppy Makes Adorable Noises
I am curious what they dream about.
This Lizard Loves OJ!
...but he doesn't think he's innocent. Hey o!

Russian Police and a Pack of Wolves
You can skip to about the :50 mark.
Basically, a Russian police officer pulls a guy over and then wolves come running out.
I especially like the slow wolf

More OK GO! (White Knuckles)
OK GO!'s music is decent enough for me to listen to, but I wouldn't go out of my way to purchase. That being said, their videos are always innovative and enjoyable to watch. That is especially true when they incorporate dogs and do it all in one take. Very impressive.
Well done, OK GO!. Well done.

Is That Dog...a Tiger? Those Crazy Chinese!
China has granted us many a craze over here in the States: anime, video games, yellow fever, and delicious food among others. But, not every idea can be a winner nor am I entirely sure that I want to see this new fad take off. The latest out of China has dogs being dyed to look like other animals. The idea of dog dyeing isn't exactly new in the land of Yao Ming. Stories began coming out in the last few years about a new trend in China in which people had their dogs dyed in multicolored, neon patterns. Frankly, this was strange enough for me, but some pet owners decided to take things up a notch. You want a pet tiger or panda, but have concerns about their natural wild animal instincts? Well, China has a solution for you!
(As always, click to expand)

I have to admit, the puppys that look like pandas are clearly adorable. And, let's be honest, this isn't the worst thing that China does to dogs. However, I do have concerns about lead-based paint being used, which could easily seep in through the skin or mouth. Also, in terms of a more abstract thought, I have concerns over the dog's psyche b/c let's face it, this is absolutely ridiculous. But, it's not like China has cornered the market on people doing things to embarass their dogs.

Angry Pandas!
WHY ARE THESE PANDAS SO ANGRY?!?!?
Office
Kitchen
Supermarket
Hospital
I found a quick translation for the Hospital spot:
The nurse asks the patient if he wants Panda cheese, and he says he is not in the mood for eating.
Nurse: I got your breakfast, i made you some cheese sandwiches.
Patient: No thanks i'm not in the mood to eat.
Narrator: No one says no to Panda.

Big Cats Love Drugs!
Well, since I just put up video of a dog going crazy, how about some big cats all lifted on some catnip?
This Dog Knows How to Party!
Half-way through the week. Once the end of the work week comes on Friday, I'm sure I'll be dancing like this guy here. I love dogs...especially when they are a ravin'!

Orphaned Sloths Live the Easy Life
Another cool link from Todd. This...this is the life that I want to live!
The world's only sloth orphanage, located in Costa Rica, seems more like five star hotel than a zoo. As if these adorable creatures weren't lazy enough, all they do is hang around all day smiling and munching on veggies.
This is much what I imagine a nursing home will be like.
